Stamps to create the second card: Butterfly Kisses designed by Kitchen Sink Stamps exclusively for Simon Says Stamps’ STAMPtember and SVG 2 Layered Fern Stencil Cut File from Kitchen Sink Stamps. The antennas were stamped directly on the card panel and then the butterfly wings were added on top with pop dots. Next, I have a clean & simple card with the large butterfly cut out (with SVG Cut file) and added over a two-layered Fern (SVG cut) stenciled background (that will be available at Kitchen Sink Stamps soon). The coordinating SVG Cut file for Butterfly Kisses, can be purchased HERE. The Color Recipe and a Stamp Alignment Guide for Butterfly Kisses, can be found under the menu tab above. Stamps to create the card above: Butterfly Kisses designed by Kitchen Sink Stamps exclusively for Simon Says Stamps’ STAMPtember. You don’t always have to layer layered stamps. I used the stamps two ways: 1) layered and 2) using only layer #3 by itself for a different-looking butterfly. Today, I am sharing how I have used Butterfly Kisses, for a whimsical single-layer slimline card. Simon Says Stamp has doubled the fun again this year by offering two options for purchasing this stamp set: 1) the stamp set sold separately or 2) as a stamp set and metal die bundle. This set can only be purchased from Simon Says Stamps and only while supplies last (which are limited). This same image in the original Butterflies set, is approx. ![]() Now, if these butterflies look familiar, that is because they are the same ones used in the Multi-Step Butterflies set, only bigger! I think butterflies are the perfect symbol of hope and uplifting encouragement, plus they can come in a rainbow of colors! What could be more cheerful?! Plus, is it possible to have too many butterflies? I wanted a set that would also be versatile and go with other stamp sets one may already have in stamp collection and could be used for all types of cards of encouragement! Seems like 2022 has been the kind of year where more encouragement is needed worldwide! □ I appreciate you sharing your time with me.This year I wanted to design a stamp set that could be used year-round. I cut 4 lengths of 10 inches and threaded them through each hole. I found some great Gina K Designs black and white plaid ribbon in my drawer. Once the sentiments were stamped, I removed the release paper and added the images to each tag. I wanted something generic but different for each tag. Next, I added foam squares to all of the images and started pairing sentiments with images. I used EZ Squeeze liquid glue to adhere the layers together. I inked the white panels up with light blue ink and the Snowflake stencil. I cut the scalloped base from red cardstock 4 times. This is one of my all-time favorite tag die sets. ![]() I used my scan-n-cut to cut them all out and switched to tag making. It’s got so many adorable images with lots of fun sentiments to choose from too! So I stamped everything and colored them with copic markers. I immediately thought tags when I saw this set. ![]() But now, let’s check these cute marshmallow snowmen out! If you don’t know what that is I’ll explain it later on. Oh my gooooooodness!!!! Friends! It’s time for the release of the Pink & Main contribution to Simon Says Stamp Stamptember! This set is absolutely adorable and so much fun to create with! Today I made a set of tags that I will be attaching to Snowman Soup closer to Christmas. ![]()
